This is a true gem in the Gonzalez Suarez neighborhood and is immensely popular with the locals. It’s a perfect spot for lunch. They have specialty ceviches, many of which are immaculate creations of the chef. The Costeno ceviche is my absolute favorite. The owners, three brothers, are so kind and welcoming. Sebastian, our server, was amazing as well and served us well. They are known for responsible and sustainable fishing practices. I’d like to return and sample some of their hot dishes. Bravo! Everything I ate here was amazing and fresh, and it is so clean!
